Quality assurance

When placing an order, the client is asked to give us as much information as possible about the topic, required number of words, keywords etc. so that our writers could deliver the content our client would be the happiest with. Writing process involves a lot of research and study of the topic, so that the writers would be as familiar with what they’re writing about as possible.

Refund policy:

We offer two free revisions of the delivered content, if the client believes it needs to be improved. If, after two revisions, the customer is still not happy about the delivered content and can substantiate his claim, we make a refund to the same account that the payment came from.
